Reminders
Reminders are local notifications. If none arrive, check that notifications are allowed for Outgo in iOS Settings, and that Focus modes aren't silencing them.
They fire at the time set in Outgo's Settings, the chosen number of days before each renewal, trial end or installment.
Outgo cannot cancel a subscription or a trial for you — cancel it with the provider, then mark it cancelled in Outgo.
Purchases
Outgo Pro is sold through the App Store as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Restore it on another device from Settings → Restore purchases. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
