Records and backups

You can review, edit, delete and export your personal records without Premium. Save an external notebook backup before removing the app or changing devices. DoseJot does not provide an online copy of your notebook that support can retrieve.

Exported CSV, JSON and PDF files can contain sensitive health information. Choose a trusted destination and keep your copies secure. Deleting records inside DoseJot does not remove files you previously exported or shared.

Reminders

Check that notifications are allowed for DoseJot in iOS Settings and that Focus or notification settings are not silencing them. Review the reminder schedule in the app. Delivery depends on your device and its settings.

Premium and restoring a purchase

Optional monthly and yearly subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase, unlock appointment PDF reports and selected-period summaries. Core tracking, reminders, history, editing, CSV exports and backup/restore remain free.

Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoring a purchase restores paid access; it does not restore notebook records. A notebook backup is needed to restore those records.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel through App Store subscriptions. Lifetime access does not renew. The same Premium tools are included in every plan.
