Bugs, questions, refunds, or a print that came out the wrong size. Please say which iPhone or
iPad and which iOS version you're on, and which printer if it's about printing.
Printing at the right size
Printing from the app uses AirPrint at true size. Pick the same paper in the printer options as in the layout.
If you print a saved PDF from another app or a computer, choose 100% or Actual Size and turn off Fit to Page.
Most printers can't print within about 5 mm of the paper's edge; keep the page margin at least that unless your printer prints borderless.
Purchases
Pro is a one-time purchase through the App Store. Restore it on another device from Settings → Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
